Welcome to 112protection.com! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from our webshop. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

b. “Seller”, “we,” “us,” “our” refers to 112protection.com
c. “buyer”, “You”, “your” refers to the user or customer of our webshop.
d. Website refers to 112protection.com
e. “Products” refers to any goods or services offered for sale on our website.
1. Website Use
1.1. Access to our website is granted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
1.2. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that may harm our website, impair its functionality, or interfere with other users’ access.
2. Product Information
2.1. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free.
2.2. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel or refuse orders based on incorrect pricing or product information.
2.3. Seller warrants that all goods sold are new.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order in our sole discretion.
3.2. Buyer agrees to pay the price as mentioned on the website including the applicable taxes and shipping cost as generated by the website.
3.3. Acceptance of any order is subject to credit approval by the parties that are used by the Payment Service Provider of this website.
3.4. Payment for products is due at the time of purchase. We accept Apple Pay, Bancontact, Bank transfer, Creditcards, IDEAL, KBC, Payconiq, PayPal and SEPA Direct Debit.
4. Right of Withdrawal for the Delivery of Products
4.1. In the purchase of products, the buyer has the option to terminate the agreement without providing reasons within a period of 14 days. This period commences on the day following the receipt of the product by or on behalf of the buyer. If the buyer has ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in a single order, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which the buyer received the last product or component.
4.2. Within this withdrawal period, the buyer has the right to request a refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned products.
4.3. During this period, the buyer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. They shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. The guiding principle is that the buyer may only handle and inspect the product as they would be allowed to do in a physical store. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they shall return the product with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the seller, following the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller.
4.4. The buyer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling the product beyond what is permitted in paragraph 2.
5. Return of products
5.1. We have a 14 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return instructions, which can be found on our Return Policy page.
6. Shipping
6.1. All orders will be shipped by regular mail/post through PostNL.
6.2. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver products in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.
6.3. Risk of loss and damage to products pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
7. Excusable delays
7.1. Seller shall have no liability if its performance is delayed or prevented by causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of nature, labour disputes, government priorities, transportation delays, insolvency or other inability to perform by Seller’s Vendor, or any other commercial impracticability. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery or performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of delay. Should shipments be held or stored beyond the delivery date for convenience of Buyer, Seller may, at its option, assess reasonable charges for any expense incident to such.

9. Interpretation responsibility: product use and safety
9.1. Seller does not guarantee that the goods it sells conform to any plans and specifications or intended use.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
10.2. Maximum liability is the value of the goods supplied.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
12. Jurisdiction
12.1. Dutch law shall be applicable to all transactions and agreements.
12.2. The absolute competent court in Breda shall be exclusively authorized to take cognizance of all disputes arising between parties.
12.3. 112protection.com shall be entitled to bring the dispute before the absolute competent court, which will be authorized according to the usual (general) competence rules of international or relative competence.
12.4. The engagements from the agreement shall be deemed to be executed at the offices of 112protection.com /Avera B.V.
